Ch. 9

     Chapter 9 discusses how impactful peer review can be to your writing.  I think peer review is a good way to get feedback on your work.  It can also be beneficial because if someone else reads your work they could catch small mistakes that you as the writer missed because you are so familiar with the writing.  I’m conflicted though because sometimes I don’t trust a peer’s ideas as much as my own.  But just having them read over if for grammatical and spelling errors never hurts.  In the past, I’ve only really had my parents review my writing.

     I liked reading the examples of questions to ask peers who would edit your writing.  I feel like I might use this in the future to help me improve my writing.  I also think I will be more likely now to have peers review my writing before I turn it in.
