Project 3 Presentations (Day 1)
1. Emily Nadel: The purpose of Emily's project is to emphasize the lacking education system within the United States.
2. Caroline Bing: The purpose of Caroline's project is to acknowledge the various benefits of vegetarianism.
3. Analeza Newman: Analeza highlights evolution of music genres through the technological advantages within society. I especially liked her interactive Instagram page.
4. Ke'yana Walker: Kiana's project emphasizes the rise in sex trafficking for young, teenage girls.
5. Josh Liles: I liked how Josh incorporated the product of "tide pods" to highlight the destruction of coral reefs and that the audience should take the initiative to save these valuable living forms.
6. Lauren Bodden: The purpose of Lauren's project is to explain the negative effects strict parents may have on their children. I liked how Lauren incorporated memes within her topic to effectively show this serious topic.
7. Sydney Sawyer: Sydney's memes highlight the humor in being a vegetarian, also highlighting how one should feel when they eat meat.
8. Garret Podolan: The purpose of Garret's project is to express the concerns over corporate tax cuts through the use of an online survey.
9. Hailey Maksymiak: The purpose of Hailey's project is to explore the occupation of a physician assistant through the use of an educational Facebook page.
10. Leah Putnal: I found Leah's shape of her poem to be quite interesting and reflective over her topic about fad diets.
11. Alexis Aguila: Alexis highlights the emotions of the Cuban Embargo through the use of a poem.
12. Gaby Boudani: Gaby emphasizes the rise in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) within Veteran's through the use of an emotional poem about the companionship of a dog in helping one relax with their PTSD.
